Goal 1: “ FINISH THE PROMISE” - Continue the efforts to Eradicate Polio - Participate in Gates Challenge Grant
Goal 2: STRATEGIC PLAN - Continue the implementation of the District Strategic Plan - Review/revise the District Strategic Plan
Goal 3: MEMBERSHIP - Increase membership by a net of 10% - Establish two new Rotary Clubs
Goal 4: PROGRAMS/PROJECTS - All clubs improve lives of children and reduce the mortality rate - Health and Hunger programs by 70 % of clubs - Water project by 60 % of clubs - Literacy program by 90 % of clubs - Rotaract to expand by two new clubs - Interact to expand by two new clubs - RYLA Program with sponsors from 75% of clubs - Family of Rotary program by 100 % of clubs
Goal 5: ROTARY FOUNDATIONS PROGRAMS - Support two Group Study Exchanges - Award three Ambassadorial Scholarships - Provide District Simplified Grants on competitive bases to clubs - Share with Districts in Zone 29 &30 on a water project - World Community Service project by 10 % of clubs
