the Cowboy Way” is this year’s theme for RYLA. Cowboy ethics and the Code
of the West will be highlighted throughout the three day leadership camp.
The theme comes from Jim Owen’s book, Cowboy Ethics, What Wall Street Can Learn
From the Code of the West.
